Refund policy

We do not accept returns.  We offer store credit for items that are unworn and in original condition,

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the original order.

Please include your name, order number, and email address in the return package.

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email provided within 3 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, minus shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged, please email thehappypalletshirtco@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
